Strong Saga is published by Seller Splash Inc, a New York corporation. Strong Saga is a trade name of Seller Splash Inc, and in these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Seller Splash Inc. You can reach us through the contact form.
What this site is, and what it is not
This is a research and review site for home gym equipment. We publish buying guides and a catalogue of products we recommend. Every product links out to the maker or a retailer.
We do not sell anything. There is no cart and no checkout here. When you buy, your contract is with that retailer and not with us. Their terms, their prices, their shipping, their returns and their warranty apply, and we are not a party to any of it. If something goes wrong with an order, the retailer is who can fix it.
Accuracy
We check specifications against manufacturer data and we date what we check. Prices and availability change constantly and we cannot keep up with them in real time, so treat any price or stock note here as what was true on the date shown and confirm it at the retailer before you buy.
We do not run a testing lab. Where a guide cites a test result it is someone else’s test and the guide says whose. We try hard to be right and we correct mistakes when we find them or when you tell us about them, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or error free.
Training and safety
Nothing here is medical advice or coaching. Lifting weights carries risk, equipment fails when it is misused or badly assembled, and what suits one person may injure another. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and load limits, and talk to a doctor or a qualified coach before starting anything new. You train at your own risk.
How we make money
Most links here are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through one, at no extra cost to you. We also take sponsored posts, which are labelled as such at the top of the page. Rankings are not for sale: no payment puts a product on a list, moves it up one, or keeps a competitor off it. The affiliate disclosure explains all of it in detail, and it is part of these terms.
Links to other sites
We link to retailers, manufacturers and other publications. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything you do there. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
Using our content
The writing, photography, layout and code on this site belong to Seller Splash Inc or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote a short passage with credit and a link back. You may not republish a guide in full, copy the catalogue, or scrape the site at a rate that burdens the server. Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify what we are writing about.
If you subscribe, we send an email when a new guide goes up. Every one carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. What we do with your address is set out in the privacy policy.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Seller Splash Inc is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from anything you buy through a link on it, or from any error or omission in what we publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top always says when they last moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Governing law
Seller Splash Inc is a New York corporation, and these terms are governed by the law of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute about these terms or about this site ends up in court, it belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in New York, and you agree those courts may hear it. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
